This is an updated, photo-real version of the same viewpoint below with the final version of the building design depicted. In this version, the client wanted to exaggerate the transparency in the circulation areas to emphasize accessibility to upper floors. Frosted glass panels and aluminum fins help to shade occupants within. Lots of students coming and going and a vibrant color palette heighten the activity of the scene.

A digital watercolor rendering of an early concept design for this new classroom building.
