One of a series of renderings done for an early concept design of a 30-story speculative office tower. A signature feature of the design was the large gold canopy above the building entrance. In this low-aerial view, the tower skin and the rest of the surrounding context are toned down to draw the eye to this feature. In Vancouver, taxies are typically hybrid Prius cars - their yellow color and the color of the city bus was adjusted to harmonize with the canopy as well.

Close up view of building entrance below the main canopy. Also visible is a waterfall feature in the landscaped plaza, and a large living wall inside the lobby space at left.
